Do I need a subscription to use Smithtek.Cloud?
Yes. The cloud service is available on an annual subscription that includes secure data storage, dashboards, and alerts.
How secure is the Smithtek.Cloud platform?
It runs on AWS enterprise infrastructure with encryption, 2FA, and role-based access control.
What happens if I go over my data variable allowance?
You can either reduce usage or upgrade your plan to suit your site’s needs.
Can multiple people in my team access the same dashboard?
Yes. You can create team accounts with role-based permissions for operators, managers, and administrators.

Smithtek provides support with programming, interface configuration, and guidance on interpreting the installation manual.
